Founding partner Michael Hoover has worked in the Oklahoma criminal justice system for 37 years. Mr. Hoover is a veteran law enforcement officer and trial attorney. Richard Robinson represents financial institutions and other businesses in the collection of delinquent accounts, which include motor vehicle deficiencies, credit cards, promissory notes and medical debt. The firm litigates in all 77 counties of Oklahoma and collects in excess of 3.5 million dollars annually.

Since 1995, Richard Robinson has co-authored most of the Oklahoma statutes adopted by the Oklahoma legislature concerning post-judgment collection procedures. He is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars, and he is a skilled courtroom litigator.
